About The Position

The advanced-level Clinical Risk Coordinator leads the department’s risk management strategy. This role provides expert guidance on risk mitigation, oversees risk-related initiatives, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare risk management, accreditation, quality improvement, or patient safety, including project management or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in incident management software.
• Expertise managing complex projects.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas, or the minimally required experience in a healthcare setting.
