About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator for a temporary-to-permanent role in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical trial coordination experience, phlebotomy proficiency, and experience within metabolic and/or general medical studies. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical trials per protocol and SOPs, communicating with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff, supporting investigators and ensuring accurate documentation (ALCOA), and reporting adverse events and maintaining study data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical research experience with phlebotomy
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to manage multiple studies independently

Nice To Haves

• Master’s preferred
• CNS or behavioral health research experience preferred
• CCRC certification a plus

Responsibilities
