About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator for a new role in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical trial coordination experience, phlebotomy proficiency, and exposure to CNS, psychiatry, psychology, or social work–related studies. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical trials per protocol and SOPs, communicating with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff, supporting investigators and ensuring accurate documentation (ALCOA), and reporting adverse events and maintaining study data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical trial coordination experience
• Phlebotomy proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to manage multiple studies independently

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to CNS, psychiatry, psychology, or social work–related studies
• Master’s preferred
• CNS or behavioral health research experience preferred
• CCRC certification a plus
