About The Position

Renuity is hiring a Candidate Experience Coordinator (CXC) to support high-volume hiring across its divisions. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless candidate journey from offer acceptance through Day 1, driving strong communication, operational excellence, and improved show rates. As a CXC, you will own the candidate journey from offer acceptance through Day 1, acting as the bridge between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding to drive both experience and conversion (Offer → Day 1 Show Rate).

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in customer service, recruiting coordination/onboarding, or HR/high-touch administrative support
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with ATS systems (Ashby or similar preferred)
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
  • High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the candidate relationship post-offer through Day 1
  • Deliver high-touch, proactive communication to candidates throughout onboarding
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to keep candidates moving forward
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to start dates, background checks, onboarding steps, and system/process gaps
  • Track and maintain accurate data in Ashby (ATS) including offer acceptance to Day 1 show rates, training dates, and onboarding completion & compliance
  • Drive Day 1 readiness + confirmation to reduce fallout and no-shows
  • Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to enhance candidate experience
