Clinical Recruiter - Remote
About The Position
Sailor Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Recruiter to join their fast-growing clinical team. This remote role focuses on managing the candidate-facing stages of the hiring process for therapists and psychologists, with the goal of identifying exceptional clinicians passionate about serving the senior population. The recruiter will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Sailor Health is dedicated to solving the mental health crisis among older adults by providing a platform that connects seniors, therapists, healthcare professionals, and insurance plans.
Requirements
- Warm and personable demeanor, able to build authentic rapport quickly.
- Intuitive with spot-on judgment to assess clinical chops and temperament.
- Organized with the ability to keep candidate data, notes, and follow-ups tight and timely.
- Flexible in a fast-paced environment, able to shift gears smoothly between calls and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing.
- Conduct clinician interviews, evaluating each candidate's clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against rubrics.
- Keep clinicians informed and engaged at every touchpoint, ensuring a 5-star candidate experience.
- Own recruitment pipeline management in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy of candidate stages, notes, and statuses.
- Partner with the Provider Growth team to hand off candidates smoothly at each pipeline stage.
