About The Position

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”. We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter (Advanced Practice Providers/Mental Health Therapist) who is self-driven and highly motivated. Geode Health is an early-stage company (almost five years old) with an incredible leadership team, vision and story. We are looking to add to our Talent Acquisition Team and will have some tight deadlines to deliver on and meet as a team. Without the right, high quality Provider and Support talent – we cannot serve more people who need and deserve mental health care. Our Clinical Recruiting team is looking to add a rockstar Recruiter to support hiring PMHNP or Psych PA talent and support Mental Health Therapy recruitment in the South (mostly GA).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Clinical/Healthcare professional recruitment experience.
  • Application tracking system utilization.
  • Knowledge of mental health space preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate candidate flow via sourcing, referral generation and marketing.
  • A realistic assessment of the best fit, for them and us.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking and referral generation.
  • Own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and present the top qualified candidate slate.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
  • Build long term pipelines of talent for the hires we need today, and tomorrow.
  • Pre-close and close candidates with transparency to the business on likelihood to close of those we are ready to bring on.
