About The Position

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in clinical staffing or agency setting
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and regulatory requirements with certifications, licenses, or qualifications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in applicant tracking and sourcing tools
Organizational skills
Professional communication in both written and verbal skills
Strategic and proactive approach
Ability to travel

Responsibilities

Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified clinical professionals, such as physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Build and manage a candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate pay and benefits in line with site budgets.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
Build relationships with residency programs and professional associations to support talent acquisition.
Manage, monitor, and track pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and building strong relationships to support retention.
Assist with the application and reference process while maintaining ongoing communications with all candidates throughout the process.
Track market trends and provide leadership with regular updates to ensure informed decision making.
