About The Position

Southwestern Oklahoma State University is seeking a full-time Project Manager to support implementation of the federally funded Maternal Produce Prescription Program (MP3), which aims to improve maternal and infant health outcomes in rural western Oklahoma by increasing access to nutritious foods, nutrition education, and supportive services for pregnant and postpartum individuals in rural and underserved communities. This grant-funded role is conditional upon continuation of grant funding. SWOSU requires annual leave for employees in grant- or contract-funded positions to be funded within the grant; employees transferring into a grant-funded SWOSU position may carry unused accrued sick leave into that position. The MP3 Project Manager serves as the program’s primary operational lead, working closely with the MP3 Project Director, healthcare providers, public health agencies, community organizations, nutrition professionals, and other partners. The role coordinates participant enrollment and services, resource navigation, program implementation, data collection, outreach, and grant-related reporting. It also supports evaluation of participant outcomes and program effectiveness, HRSA reporting and research activities, and development and dissemination of program findings through reports, presentations, publications, and other professional outlets.

  • Assist with HRSA reporting and research activities.
  • Develop and disseminate program findings through reports, presentations, publications, and other professional outlets.
