About The Position

Devereux Florida Titusville Campus offers a professional therapeutic environment for adolescents boys facing significant emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our campus offers a safe home-like environment within a community-based setting. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will manage the clinical operation at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program in Orlando, FL. You will provide clinical oversight for clinicians working toward licensure and clinical training for all clinical staff in documentation, utilization review and EBP implementation. You will partner with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care, and with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities. You will facilitate positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required
  • Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services required
  • Five years related experience (preferably in a residential setting) required
  • Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
  • Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.

Responsibilities
