About The Position

The company offers a Fieldwork Support Model designed by Dr. Rachel Taylor and Allyson Moore to provide meaningful supervised fieldwork experience for those pursuing BCBA certification. This model includes dedicated BCBA supervision, group supervision meetings, hands-on experience with diverse client profiles and service lines, and opportunities for research and conference presentations. CABA is committed to preparing individuals for their future careers, whether they continue with the company or not.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Active enrollment in a BACB verified course sequence required
- CPR and CPI certification required, we will support you if needed
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass required health clearances and FBI/DOJ background check

- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver behavior analytic services across a variety of service lines and client profiles
- Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record data accurately in real time
- Participate in assessments, protocol development, and caregiver training
