About The Position

CABA was built by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a clinician who never stopped doing the work herself. She wanted to create the kind of place she'd want to work, built around one idea: take good care of your people, and they'll take beautiful care of the clients. At CABA we work with individuals across the lifespan with autism and other disabilities and conditions, including co-occurring needs, helping to increase independence and improve quality of life. CABA is built to help you see that reason through. The way the Taylors treat their team isn't a policy. It's a promise, to their staff and to every person counting on them. This is where your BCBA© journey becomes more supported, more intentional, and more real-world. A lot of organizations will tell you they support fieldwork. What they mean is they'll sign your hours. That's not what this is. At CABA we built the Fieldwork Support Model because Dr. Rachel Taylor and Allyson Moore have been exactly where you are. They know what this path costs. So they designed something that actually supports your journey and gives you the fieldwork experience you deserve. Whether you stay with CABA or not, we want one thing to be true: if you trained here, you are ready for whatever your career has to throw at you.
