The Clinical Programs Delivery Manager is an operations-focused role that sits at the intersection of food bank logistics and Food is Medicine programming. This position is responsible for the delivery of food orders and program materials to FNEFL's clinical and Healthy Pantry partners, warehouse order fulfillment, and maintaining the high standard of customer service that sustains those partnerships. The Manager works primarily out of the FNEFL warehouse and in the field, serving as a reliable and knowledgeable presence for clinic and pantry partners receiving deliveries. This is a working delivery role, not a traditional office-based management position. The incumbent is expected to actively handle cased food and deliver it to our clinic and other partners while maintaining positive relationships. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, adaptable, highly organized, mission-driven, and able to maintain professional delivery standards and customer service.
