About The Position

The Clinical Practice Manager oversees day-to-day clinical and business operations, ensuring patient safety and quality while practicing professional nursing in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses. The role provides leadership for the growth, marketing, administration, and performance of Community Practice activities to help accomplish organizational objectives. The position may be assigned to one or more Community Practices, including multiple locations. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role provides age-appropriate care to patients from birth through age 21, as well as select adult patients.

Requirements

Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited school.
LPN or RN license.
If hired with an ADN, successfully complete a BSN within five years of the start date.

Responsibilities

Help patients move rapidly, safely, and effectively through their episode of care.
Assess, delegate, supervise, and provide patient care; plan education; collaborate on discharge plans; and promote patient safety and quality.
Provide age-appropriate care to patients from birth through age 21, and to select adult patients.
Supervise clinical operations, including planning, evaluating, and controlling program services, and ensure internal and external standards are met.
Recruit, hire, terminate, and train clinical and registration personnel as needed to support efficient office workflow and comply with office policy.
Oversee the Community Practice’s business and financial affairs, including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and timely reporting.
Lead the growth, marketing, administration, and performance of Community Practice activities.
