About The Position
Responsible for the coordination, and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy
- Current pharmacist license from state of practice
- Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practice
Nice To Haves
- ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
- Two or more years clinical experience
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties Board Certification
