About The Position

The Clinical Operations Coordinator position will maintain the faculty coverage schedule for the DDS Clinics, Comprehensive Oral Health Core Courses, the Graduate Prosthodontics and Periodontics Clinics, and the Dental Faculty Practice, working with the Predoctoral Program Directors, the Graduate Program Directors, the DFP Clinic Manager, and the Associate Dean, and other staff as needed. This position is responsible for coordinating all faculty to always ensure clinical coverage. This position will also manage assigned project teams on clinical operational issues.

• Experience maintaining faculty coverage schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with various program directors and clinic managers.
• Skills in managing project teams on operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the faculty coverage schedule for the DDS Clinics, Comprehensive Oral Health Core Courses, the Graduate Prosthodontics and Periodontics Clinics, and the Dental Faculty Practice.
• Coordinate with Predoctoral Program Directors, Graduate Program Directors, the DFP Clinic Manager, and the Associate Dean, and other staff as needed.
• Ensure clinical coverage by coordinating all faculty.
• Manage assigned project teams on clinical operational issues.
