About The Position

Lyv is building a platform that enables wellness providers to offer clinical services they currently can’t provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides, all supported by a clinical team. Founded by Harvard Business School MBAs with prior experience across startups, technology, and clinical operations, Lyv is backed by top venture capital firms and is building at a rapid pace. We're looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator to monitor and scale the way we connect our customers to clinical services. You will work directly with the founders to manage our growing pipeline of orders and products to ensure high-quality, efficient, and personalized clinical support is delivered. We already have early traction with wellness businesses and their clients delivering services like blood testing, prescriptions, peptides, and more. Now we need someone who can manage and monitor how orders move from request to fulfillment to follow-up, shape how Lyv shows up clinically, and push reliability to the next level. This is a role for a highly organized and motivated person — someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, work the queue, experiment, and figure out what the best process looks like. This role is based in NYC (Midtown) with 3 days in office and the rest remotely.

Requirements

  • Clinically fluent — Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, clinical coordinator, or similar experience in office management, reviewing scripts, handling patient comms, and knowing when to escalate
  • Healthcare and/or startup background — you've worn multiple hats, love being hands-on, and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented systems thinker — you catch issues early and enjoy turning manual processes into scalable ones
  • Patient-first and high-service instincts — a high bar for service and clinical care, or similar experience at a concierge clinic
  • Strong communicator — you build trust with patients, clinicians, and coworkers quickly

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end clinical operations function from order intake through fulfillment and follow-up
  • Work the queue by processing orders, managing exceptions, and staying close to providers and patients
  • Review and refine scripts, patient instructions, and education materials and help establish the Lyv clinical voice
  • Triage inbound patient messages and develop the Lyv voice in customer service
  • Support care coordination across patients, providers, and the wellness businesses
  • Manage relationships with clinical and fulfillment partners that power our service
