About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday from 6:30a – 3p. You will work at Junction Road Medical Center, Union Corners clinic and Eastpark Medical Center. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: Coordinate clinical staffing schedules and coverage needs Oversee purchasing, inventory management and supply coordination Organize meetings, prepare materials and document outcomes Track action items and provide administrative support for projects and committees Perform general office and administrative support functions
Requirements
- No minimum education required. High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
