About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a Practice Operations Specialist to support practice operations for Rheumatology and Endocrinology. The role monitors budgets and practice targets, evaluates and implements policies and procedures, manages projects, and works with management and physicians to accomplish organizational goals. The Specialist provides interim managerial support when a Practice Administrator or Clinic Manager is absent and reports to the Service Line Administrator.

This is a hybrid role, onsite four days per week and virtual one day per week. Two onsite days are spent at the office, while the other two are used to round at Rheumatology and Endocrinology offices. Strong data analytics experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional office experience, preferably healthcare-related.
• Familiarity with healthcare organizations required.

Nice To Haves

• Strong data analytics experience.
• A concentration in Accounting, Business, Management, Science, or Health Administration.
• A Master's of Health Administration or Master's of Business Administration may be accepted in lieu of experience.
