About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join their established Endocrinology practice in Champaign, Illinois. This is an outpatient-only role with approximately 14-18 adult patients seen per day. The provider will also travel regionally once per week. The patient population will primarily consist of adult diabetes patients, with a mix of stable thyroid and osteoporosis cases.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
Nice To Haves
- APP experience preferred; will consider new grads with extensive ICU/Endo background
Responsibilities
- See a majority of adult diabetes patients, with a mix of stable thyroid and osteoporosis cases
- Regional travel once per week
