Clinical Nutrition Manager
About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring a Clinical Nutrition Manager at California Rehab Institute in Los Angeles, California, in a rehabilitation setting. The manager will lead a team of Dietitians, develop and implement clinical nutrition programs, and support evidence-based patient care. The role includes conducting nutritional assessments, creating individualized care plans, educating patients and others, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in quality improvement, and supporting compliance and patient satisfaction. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday and requires Registered Dietitian credentials with a valid CDR number.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years of experience.
- Must have a valid CDR number.
- Licensed Dietitian, or willing to obtain licensure, in states where applicable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and develop a team of clinical nutrition professionals.
- Design and implement clinical nutrition strategies that improve patient care and align with operational goals.
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients, families, staff, and the community about nutrition and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
- Apply evidence-based research and standards in accordance with the nutrition care manual and department and facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI initiatives to improve outcomes.
- Work with food service leadership on menu and nutrition formulary management, regulatory standards, and patient experience.
- Support department staff and interns through coaching, training, and education, as applicable.
