About The Position
DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. The role manages clinical operations, supports the care team, and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care. The manager may also provide direct patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 12 months of clinical RN experience.
- At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- CNN/CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, or willingness to lead.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning.
- Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
