About The Position

Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- Adherence to Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring, Relationship Based Care, and NorthBay’s professional nursing practice model.
- Demonstrates NorthBay Health’s True North Values: Nurture Care, Own It, Respect Relationships, Build Trust, and Hardwire Excellence.
- Experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (11p-7a).
Nice To Haves
- Magnet with Distinction designation for nursing.
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients assigned to your care.
- Use a therapeutic professional relationship with the patient and their family along with your interdisciplinary team to facilitate the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health for the patient.
