About The Position

At NorthBay Health, the Clinical Nurse (RN) - Hemodialysis holds the responsibility, accountability, and authority to deliver safe, effective, quality, and excellent nursing care in alignment with the philosophy and goals/objectives of the Department of Nursing. The RN, utilizing Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring Relationship Based Care and NorthBay’s professional nursing practice model, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for all assigned patients. The RN determines patient progress toward goals and uses a therapeutic professional relationship with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team to promote, maintain, and restore health. Care is provided according to the specific physiologic, developmental, and psychosocial needs of the patient. The role supports the mission, vision, values, and expectation of excellence of the organization.

Requirements

RN license
Experience in Hemodialysis
