About The Position
Bitterroot Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Nurse Educator in Hamilton, Montana. The educator provides educational opportunities to clinic staff, including orientation programs, individual development plans, in-service education, and continuing education. The role identifies individual and department learning needs through needs assessment tools and continuous quality improvement activities. The educator arranges and/or presents program content in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and Bitterroot Health’s policies, values, and mission, and works with organizational leadership to provide annual competencies across clinical staff. Bitterroot Health is a non-profit healthcare organization and the largest employer in Ravalli County. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN required.
- Current Montana or Compact nursing license in accordance with Montana Board of Nursing regulations.
- License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all parties in the patient care environment.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in education.
- Clinical Educator experience.
- EMR experience.
Responsibilities
