Requirements
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant
- Ability to stay calm, kind, and organized when the clinic gets busy
- Clear communication skills (in person, phone, patient portal)
- Proactive problem-solver who follows through with accuracy
- Pride in maintaining well-stocked rooms and a smooth patient flow
- Ability to pass a background check

- Certified Medical Assistant for 3 years
Responsibilities
- Prepping rooms and reviewing the day's schedule
- Welcoming patients, rooming them efficiently, and capturing accurate vitals
- Answering patient phone calls, refilling medications, and processing prior authorizations
- Responding to the patient portal with clarity and empathy
- Proactively stocking rooms and ordering supplies
