Clinical Medical Assistant
About The Position
Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join its collaborative care team. This in-person role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helps ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. The Clinical Assistant assists with procedures, prepares patients for exams, and performs basic clinical duties. Occasional travel to satellite clinic locations may be required, offering the opportunity to work alongside a variety of providers. Starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or current Minnesota certification or licensure as an LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA.
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful patient care.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools.
- Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist providers with procedures.
- Prepare patients for exams and perform basic clinical duties.
- Educate patients about care plans, treatments, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and care team members.
- Answer, document, and respond to patient phone calls.
- Support clinic operations and assist team members as needed.
- Travel to satellite clinic locations as needed.
