About The Position

The Clinical Manager manages the day-to-day operations of endovascular and cardiac procedural services. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, staff performance, staff education, and the department’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities. The manager participates in preparing and managing the department budget and serves as a liaison among customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other hospital departments. The position is also responsible for succession planning, identifying talent, and providing support, education, and resources to develop future leaders. The manager may need to assist with staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a field of study.
• Five years of clinical experience in the required field.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience.
• Current licensure or certification in the required profession (such as RN, ARRT, RCIS, Respiratory, or Perfusion).
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
