Requirements

Active Ohio LISW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, or RN License REQUIRED
Behavioral Health Leadership Experience REQUIRED
Experience Supervising Clinical Staff REQUIRED
Knowledge Of Crisis Services And Behavioral Health Operations REQUIRED
Strong Leadership, Communication, And Team Development Skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Lead overnight behavioral health crisis services while supervising a dedicated clinical team
Provide administrative leadership, clinical oversight, and quality improvement initiatives
Supervise approximately five clinical staff members
Partner with senior leadership to strengthen operations and patient care outcomes
Supervise overnight behavioral health operations
Oversee crisis intervention services and care coordination
Support staff development, coaching, and performance management
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with executive leadership on program development and operational improvement
