About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Manager supporting its Williston and Rutland, Vermont, home health offices. The role combines clinical practice with leadership and mentorship, supporting field staff and helping adult clients remain safe and independent in their homes. The Clinical Manager conducts client visits and nursing assessments, oversees individualized care planning, provides clinical supervision, facilitates new-hire orientation, and supports staff training and education. The position works Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, and support field nursing staff while fostering a collaborative, patient-focused team culture.
• Conduct client visits and nursing assessments throughout the Williston and Rutland service areas and surrounding communities.
• Develop individualized plans of care and monitor their implementation to promote quality outcomes and continuity of care.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and ongoing support to nurses working in the field.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and help nurses feel confident, prepared, and supported in their roles.
• Participate in nurse training, staff education, and in-service programs.
• Help maintain high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and compliance while supporting clients, families, and staff.
