About The Position

The RN Clinical Manager is an onsite, branch-based clinical leadership role in Richardson, Texas. This is an active, high-intensity oversight position rather than a desk role. The manager owns day-to-day clinical quality, staff development, and rehospitalization prevention for the branch, and is accountable for clinical outcomes. They partner with operations, scheduling, and leadership to keep care delivery on track and support safe scaling. Centralized support and technology reduce administrative work so the manager can focus on active clinical oversight, clinician training, and patient safety. The role provides direct clinical guidance, responds to clinical calls, monitors on-call events, evaluates reports from assessing clinicians, reviews hospital transfers and high-risk patients, and supports proactive interventions. It also involves coaching and developing field clinicians, facilitating orientation and skills validation, overseeing Field Supervisors, leading case conferences, coordinating care planning, reviewing quality issues and KPIs, maintaining survey readiness, and conducting field supervisory visits. The manager serves as an escalation leader for high-risk patients, safety concerns, incidents, hospitalizations, and sensitive patient situations.
