About The Position
The Clinical Manager manages a unit within the community and provides leadership to the assigned team. The role oversees and coordinates resident care to help residents feel safe and at home. The Clinical Manager also coordinates admissions, care plans, and discharges; leads the team; and communicates with the therapy department as needed to ensure care plan changes are updated promptly.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Good managerial skills and aptitude.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or health care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a unit within the community and provide leadership to the assigned team.
