Requirements

Physical Therapist with a current valid Pennsylvania license
Two [2] years home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
Knowledge base of agency policies, federal and state regulations and third-party payers
Exhibits strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of leadership activities
Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
Experienced with computers and electronic health record software/documentation.
