Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a Clinical Manager of Youth & Family. This role provides clinical and operational leadership for assigned youth and family behavioral health programs, including Community Action Treatment (CAT) programs and other intensive community-based services. The position ensures services are person- and family-centered, clinically appropriate, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and meet all program, contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. The Clinical Manager leads and supports program supervisors and clinical staff, monitors clinical quality, access, productivity, census, outcomes, and program performance. They collaborate with the Director of Youth & Family Services to enhance service delivery across the youth and family continuum, supporting interdisciplinary teams serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families with complex behavioral health needs. The goal is to ensure individuals receive the appropriate intensity of services while maintaining connections to their families, schools, communities, and natural support systems.
