The Clinical Manager, Youth & Family provides clinical and operational leadership for assigned youth and family behavioral health programs, including Community Action Treatment (CAT) programs and other intensive community-based services. This position is responsible for ensuring services are person- and family-centered, clinically appropriate, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and delivered in accordance with program, contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. The Clinical Manager provides leadership and support to program supervisors and clinical staff; monitors clinical quality, access, productivity, census, outcomes, and program performance; and works collaboratively with the Director of Youth & Family Services and other leaders to strengthen service delivery across the youth and family continuum. This position supports interdisciplinary teams serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families with complex behavioral health needs and works to ensure individuals receive the appropriate intensity of services while maintaining connection to their families, schools, communities, and natural support systems whenever possible.
