About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical Manager (LISW-S, LPCC-S) to lead our Outpatient, ECMH, and Outreach programs. The Clinical Manager implements evidence-based strategies in an integrated school, home, and office setting to increase resiliency and strengthen social-emotional learning skills for students experiencing impairment in multiple areas. This position leads and implements prevention and outreach activities with school partners and other child serving organizations. The Clinical Manager Outpatient, EMCH, & Outreach manages relationships with families, school districts, other child servicing organizations. For decades, The Buckeye Ranch has been restoring hope and providing healing for children, youth, and families in Central Ohio. Our continuum of care addresses every stage and aspect of what children may be experiencing after traumas caused by mental illness, abuse, or neglect. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Active Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S.
  • At least two years of Clinician, Social Worker, Therapist, or Counselor working experience.
  • Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably have two years as a Clinical Supervisor or Supervising Clinician.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Outpatient, ECMH, and Outreach programs.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies in an integrated school, home, and office setting to increase resiliency and strengthen social-emotional learning skills for students experiencing impairment in multiple areas.
  • Lead and implement prevention and outreach activities with school partners and other child serving organizations.
  • Manage relationships with families, school districts, other child servicing organizations.
