About The Position

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Manager Assistant to support the Clinical Manager and help ensure the Home Health Agency operates smoothly and efficiently. The role provides administrative and workflow support to clinical leadership, helps maintain patient records and compliance, coordinates communication, assists with clinical resources, and supports special projects. The position is based at the Southpointe Office.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude when interacting with patients, families, staff, and diverse groups.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work proactively, anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions efficiently.
Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare practices.

Nice To Haves

Further education or certification in medical administration.

Responsibilities

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the clinical leadership team.
Assist in streamlining clinical workflows, preparing documentation, and maintaining up-to-date patient records and files.
Facilitate communication among clinical staff, management, and other departments, helping resolve issues and support timely information flow.
Help maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
Assist with managing clinical supplies, equipment, and resources.
Support clinical initiatives and projects as assigned, including data gathering, analysis, and report generation.
