About The Position

The Clinical Liaison maintains a positive image through effective planning, programs, education, and community events to help meet hospital census, rate, and mix budget goals. The role develops and implements referral relations programs involving physicians, managed care organizations, case managers, and discharge planners. It uses sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning, with call logs and customer profiling used to monitor activities. The Clinical Liaison coordinates the creation and distribution of educational materials, including outcome studies and brochures, and approves or conducts tours and visits to Vista Specialty Hospital to educate guests.

Requirements

• College degree in a clinical area.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital staff, physicians, and patient referral sources.
• Ability to use clinical assessment skills while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical license preferred.
• Experience with critical care, trauma, or other clinical specialty settings preferred.
• Marketing, sales, or business development experience preferred.
