About The Position

Emory University Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology is seeking a Hematologist – Clinical Investigator for an Assistant Professor role. Responsibilities include medical care of non-malignant hematologic disorders in the outpatient and inpatient settings; management of clinical research projects, including subject enrollment and scholarship/publication; supervision and education of trainees in the clinical setting, presentation of lectures as applicable. Qualified candidates will be experienced/prepared for above activities, also board-certified/eligible, and eligible for medical licensure in Georgia (U.S. training). This position will focus activity at Emory University Hospital Midtown (550 Peachtree St., Atlanta, GA 30308). NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work-from-home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
