The Clinical Group Facilitator serves as a recovery-focused role model and group leader who provides curriculum-based group facilitation services to members participating in New Freedom programs. This position focuses on delivering engaging group experiences, supporting recovery planning, promoting healthy coping skills, and helping members build the tools necessary for successful community reintegration. Working closely with the treatment team, the Clinical Group Facilitator helps create an environment that encourages growth, accountability, and long-term recovery success.
