About The Position

SiteRx is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Clinical Excellence Lead to join its team in Maitland, Florida. The role is responsible for each patient match generated by SiteRx, ensuring that patients presented to physicians meet the detailed inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical trials and that suitable patients are not overlooked. The position supports the use of clinical research as a patient-care option and works in a non-customer-facing environment. The Clinical Excellence Lead interprets clinical research protocols and eligibility criteria to support end-to-end study readiness and execution, applies clinical expertise to assess patient-level data, and reviews AI-assisted data outputs for clinical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience navigating healthcare data and clinical research protocols.
Familiarity with the clinical trial patient enrollment journey.
Background working for or with clinical research sites.
High attention to detail.
Ability and work ethic to work diligently in a non-customer-facing environment.
Nursing background.

Responsibilities

Interpret clinical research protocols and eligibility criteria to support end-to-end study readiness and execution.
Evaluate patient-level data for suitability across research and care delivery contexts.
Conduct structured quality reviews of AI-assisted data outputs to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Ensure patient matches generated by SiteRx satisfy clinical trials’ detailed inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Help ensure that no suitable patients are overlooked.
