About The Position

webook.com is Saudi's #1 event ticketing and experience booking platform in terms of technology, features, agility, and revenue, serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom and surpassing 2 billion in sales.

The Business Excellence Lead will join the Business Excellence team and support the business by tracking performance, identifying inefficiencies, and helping teams make better decisions through clear, accurate analysis. The role works across functions and markets to turn data into accessible insights and practical actions. It is suited to someone early in their career who is analytical, curious, attentive to detail, and interested in improving how a business operates.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to explain findings clearly in simple written and visual form.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience in ticketing, events, e-commerce, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Track company performance across functions, markets, and business lines, and highlight gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain KPI trackers and dashboards, ensuring figures are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Prepare data and analysis for the Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR).
• Analyse costs, spending, and resource use to identify savings opportunities, and measure the impact of improvements.
• Map current processes and use data to identify delays, duplication, and manual work.
• Collect and analyse data for retrospectives on major events, projects, and initiatives, and track completion of agreed actions.
• Build simple financial and operational models to support business cases for new initiatives and opportunities.
• Support cross-functional improvement initiatives by tracking progress against agreed objectives and reporting status.
• Work with the Data team to define reporting requirements and with Finance to use budget and actual figures in performance analysis.
