About The Position

As the Clinical Engineering Site Manager, you will own the system behind patient care. You will lead teams, manage complexity, and take full ownership of a clinical engineering operation where your decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact. This role involves running the business by overseeing multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability. You will build a team that delivers by setting expectations, coaching leaders, and raising the standard of execution. You will drive results by translating metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service. You will lead from the front by partnering with hospital executives and ensuring readiness for every inspection, every time.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
