Clinical Engineering Senior Site Manager

About The Position
This role involves leading multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability. The position requires coaching Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to improve performance, translating strategy into execution to enhance uptime, compliance, and growth, and partnering with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services. The ideal candidate will understand the connection between financial performance, operations, and patient outcomes, be decisive, develop leaders, and bring clarity and structure to complex situations.
Requirements
- 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
- 3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Strong financial management and strategic planning experience
Nice To Haves
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
- Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program although the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
