About The Position

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Director to lead its home care clinical team in Colorado, based in Denver or Grand Junction. The Clinical Director manages and assures the quality of all clinical services provided by Nuclear Care Partners Home Care Agency, including training and supervision of clinical staff. The role works closely with the Branch Administrator, VP of Clinical Operations, and VP of Compliance on the program and clinical services. This is a full-time salaried position with bonus potential. The stated salary range is $100,000–$106,000.

Requirements

Current Ohio RN license.
At least five years of practical business experience, including two years in a management capacity.
Proven leadership capabilities.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health.
Current driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Must be able to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of Home Health management or Hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee, supervise, and ensure the quality of all clinical services, including documentation and direct services.
Supervise activities to promote efficient processes, safe and compassionate nursing care, and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate employee work-related activities, including meetings, training, hiring, counseling, and evaluations.
Analyze problems to ensure agency policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
Provide direct case management services to a specific caseload.
Manage skilled services.
Work with staff to ensure patient and staffing needs are met.
