About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Framingham, MA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is an opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience to advance their career in outpatient PT and join a rapidly growing company. The role involves overseeing clinic operations, maintaining a patient load, leading and mentoring the clinical team, ensuring clinical excellence, developing strategic growth plans, managing staffing, and fostering a positive clinic culture.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible)
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team
Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain a full patient load
Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs
Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture
Track and report key performance metrics
