About The Position
Ohel seeks a dynamic and innovative leader with proven success in clinical program management to serve as Clinical Director of its Housing program serving 300 individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This master clinician will interact with clients, families, staff, clinical teams, community practitioners, and hospital systems.
Requirements
- Master clinician
- High level experience supervising clinical teams
- Experience maintaining regulatory compliance
- Leadership experience within the field of mental health
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships on multi levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Dedicated work ethic
- Excellent computer skills
- Psychiatric NP, PhD in Psychology or PsyD, DSW, or LCSW with extensive related experience
Responsibilities
