About The Position

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a creative and supportive individual to work on our multi-disciplinary Residential Campus! The Campus Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical oversight of several residential programs, a partial hospitalization treatment program, and a Chapter 766 special education school on Wayside’s Campus. Please note: this is a clinical position that requires by contract: 1 - In-person. 2 - An independent license such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or related.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical managerial experience related to adolescent behavioral health.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical training, supervision and consultation to the Campus Clinical Supervisors.
  • Provide monthly training to Campus Clinicians to ensure best practices are being met.
  • Work closely with the medical team to facilitate clinical rounds on all acute cases.
  • Ensure all clinical compliance standards are being met by completing regular medical chart reviews.
  • Provide on-call coverage in a rotation with Clinical Supervisors.
  • Provide input and consultation to program staff.
  • Provide coaching and skill building of clinical interventions.
  • Conduct clinical trainings in program staff meetings.
  • Oversee the implementation of all Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, among other trainings on Campus.
  • Serve as a Member of Agency Clinical Quality Committee (as well as Clinical Risk meetings).
  • Facilitate communication with emergency screening teams and referral sources around crisis intervention.
  • Work closely with the Billing Department to ensure accuracy with insurance authorizations/reviews.
  • Have oversight of the graduate clinical intern program for the Campus.
