The Clinical Director of Residential Services is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and direction for all clinical services supporting youth and families within Andrus residential programs. The Clinical Director ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and Sanctuary-aligned treatment services that promote safety, emotional well-being, permanency, and positive outcomes for youth and families. This position oversees the implementation and quality of individual, group, and family therapeutic services within residential settings and ensures clinical practices align with regulatory requirements, agency standards, and best practices in child welfare and behavioral health. The Clinical Director partners closely with residential, medical, educational, and program leadership teams to support an integrated model of care across campus programs. The Clinical Director is responsible for supervision and development of clinical staff, oversight of documentation and treatment planning, monitoring clinical quality indicators, supporting crisis response efforts, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position reports directly to the AVP of Programs.
