The Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for all ABA services delivered within their assigned clinic. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Director ensures the consistent delivery of ethical, evidence-based, and medically necessary treatment while supporting the professional growth and performance of the clinical team. The Clinical Director directly supervises the clinical staff within their center, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Clinical Case Managers (CCMs), while overseeing the quality of supervision provided to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As Odyssey Autism transitions to a larger BCBA workforce, the Clinical Director will support and develop licensed clinicians while maintaining consistent clinical standards. The Clinical Director partners closely with the Operations Manager and maintains a small clinical caseload, with a minimum expectation of 10 billable clinical hours per week.
