About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director and Licensed Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Ortho clinic in Suffolk, VA. This is a full-time, 40 hours/week hybrid role designed for an experienced clinician who wants to balance hands-on patient care with team leadership, clinical mentorship, and business operations. The Clinic Director will manage daily clinic operations, mentor staff clinicians, oversee the clinic's financial health, and build referral relationships within the local community, supported by Ivy's corporate network. The role emphasizes utilizing AI documentation tools to reduce administrative time and increase patient interaction. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
